Our founder, the late Robert Jackson “Jack” Belcher, Jr., launched Belcher Insurance back in 1962 alongside his devoted wife, Ann. All those years ago, Mr. and Mrs. Belcher identified a serious need in the Montgomery insurance market for someone to serve the interests of the “little guy.” We were a small agency back then and still are, in fact. To this day, we continue forward, operating via the same promise-to-community upon which we were founded. Jack's spirit of service lives on through Ann's continued dedication and service to our agency. Now age 84, Ann E. Belcher has also passed the family legacy to son Auby, who has owned and run Belcher Agency since 1997. Wanda Kasten, who joined Belcher in 1989 and became a fully-licensed agent in 1993, works alongside Auby in lockstep, proud to serve the insurance needs of her community.
