Purchased book of business in July 2013. Since then we have expanded our business from Porterville and Bakersfield to Visalia, and then Tulare. Now we have moved the Bakersfield location to Delano. We are bilingual, encourage our agents to educate our customers even if they don't ask questions. Accidents can occur when you least expect.
