I started as a Reserve agent and within 6 months in Feb. 2014, I became qualified as a career agent. I am a Farmers insurance agency owner and I started my agency by myself. It is very hard to start an agency with 0 policies, but I was able to do it with the Grace of God. Thank goodness I have not yet missed goals assigned to me Farmers guidelines. In my first year, I made to Toppers Club and Championship which happens very rarely at Farmers. I think everything can be possible with efforts hard work and great work ethics.
