The current agency of Ingmire-Phillips Insurance, Inc. was the result of the merger of Ingmire-Wilson Insurance Inc. and Scott Insurance in 1995 which resulted in a second location in Fort Morgan, Colorado. In 2018, two long time employees, Leslie Ditter and Stacey Kindsvater, acquired the agency from Dale Ingmire and Bob Phillips and hold current ownership of the business.
