Damian began Aloha Insurance at the same Westminster location we have today in 2006. His inspiration for naming his agency “Aloha” was his longstanding fascination with the Hawaiian culture. Since managing to build the business he's been able to visit Hawaii nine times, the tenth being just around the corner. Before that though he spent the first one and a half years alone, no money to afford even trying out employees. Still though his friendly, Aloha spirited approach to business and quick turnaround times helped him build a sizeable list of clients all by himself, not to mention a network of mortgage brokers who know they can count on him. He eventually found his first good employee he could count on in Gloria, who helped him reorganize the business and eventually expand.
