Mr. Lockhart holds a Masters Degree in Legal Studies from Antioch School of Law, with a concentration in Insurance. He is also a graduate of the Insurance Institute of America, specializing in the General Principals of Property and Casualty Insurance. Mr. Lockhart's professional memberships include The Professional Insurance Association of Life Underwriters, The Metropolitan Association of Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers and The Washington Area Minority Business Association. Mr. Lockhart currently serves as a board member for the local chapter of the Big I (Independent Insurance Agents of America) and is a member of the Trusted Choice Insurance brand.
