The Coppin Agency was founded in 1971, back when Allstate was a division of Sears! The agency started in Edison Mall in the Allstate booth back behind the appliances department. Founder, Dave Coppin moved a few years later to one of the first “neighborhood offices” outside of the Sears stores, on First St. in downtown Fort Myers. In 1986 he moved down McGregor Blvd., south to be closer to the water where his customers were moving. Then in 1996, Tracey Coppin came to work at the agency and learn from her dad and the agency employees. She had a lot to learn and did so with a lot of help! She bought the agency from her dad upon his retirement and has been changing with the industry and growing ever since. Currently the Coppin Allstate Agency employs 9 people and serves thousands of clients all over Florida!
