I grew up on the westside of Chicago in Little Village and went to school on a full soccer scholarship to Westminster College and earned a dual degree in International Studies and Spanish. During my junior year, I studied in Madrid, Spain at the University of Saint Louis and played soccer at the university. After graduating college, I had aspirations to become a lawyer but after working with an agent on the northside of Chicago for four years, I decided to serve the community I grew up in. During my time I met my wife Maggie of 18 years and we have two daughters, Isabella and Hailey. Isabell plays soccer and Hailey takes AP courses at Loyola Academy. When I'm not at the office, I travel with my family around the world and play golf when I can.
