I served as an Office Manager for the previous agent from 1994-1995. Then I became the Agency Owner in July 1995. Insurance Sales is not something that I aspired to do when I grew up, however it has been the best decision I have ever made. When I was first married, I knew very little about insurance so I assumed there were many others just like me. Sales is not my forte, so I focus on the education aspect. I like to educate my clients and prospective clients on their coverage and premium options to adequately assess their exposure to risk.
