Town & Country Insurance was established in 1977 by Duke Pogatchnik. Town & Country Insurance in Russell, MN was added in 1982, and current management commenced in 1984. In 1996, Town & Country Insurance purchased Norby's Insurance & Kanabec Agency, both in Mora, and hired all existing staff. In 1997, Mora branch of Central Insurance was purchased. In 1999, Hinckley Insurance was purchased. In 2002 Bassett Insurance Agency was purchased. In 2003 we purchased Wood Lake & Hanley Falls. In 2015, we purchased Barb Rabe Health Insurance Services which was a nice addition to our L/H Dept. Over the past several years, we have also purchased some small books of business and merged them into our existing offices.
