Integrity Insurance Services, LLC was started by Mike Firme in November 2016. He's a Minnesota native who grew up in Mountain Lake and graduated from Mountain Lake High School. After watching his good friend, Moe Janssen Schee, help local families through her work as an agency owner in Saint Cloud, he knew he wanted to have that same effect on his community in Redwood Falls. Dawn Determan joined the agency as a co-owner in 2018. She grew up in Wanda and lives near Jeffers with her family. She graduated from Wabasso High School and received her bachelor's degree in accounting from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
