Originally Founded in 2004 as a Property & Casualty Agency located in Philadelphia, Mississippi with a branch office located in Carthage, Mississippi. Horizon Insurance became one of the most recognizable names in the area. After 10 years of service Horizon decided to sell off all of its assets, and was purchased by Rod & Wendy Moore of Moore's Financial Group, Inc. Together both Horizon Insurance, and Moore's Financial has formed a Dynamic Independent Insurance Marketing Organization which gives our existing clients, and future clients a True One Stop Shop for all of their insurance needs.
