Originally Professional Insurance Consultants, the agency has grown and evolved tremendously. Karen Fentress, who had been working with the agency since the beginning, purchased the agency in 2008. In 2012 the name was changed to Encore Insurance Advisors to more accurately reflect the personality and intent. We now represent more than a dozen companies and write most lines of insurance – both personal and commercial.
