After graduating from Ohio State, Joe started as a sole proprietor in 1977 specializing in life insurance. He maintained a small office in the Belden Village area as he steadily grew the business. In 1998 he purchased a large P&C book and moved to our current location in Green. In 2002 he purchased another agency and incorporated to form Dobina Insurance Agency, Inc. Since then we have grown steadily over the years and are proud to maintain a retention ratio of over 92%.
