Short Agency Inc. was started in 1971 when Lonnie Short and his father Calvin Short became licensed insurance agents and started the company as a partnership in Archbold, Ohio. In 1978, Short Agency Inc. was incorporated and Terry Short, Lonnie's brother, joined the corporation. Short Agency then purchased several smaller agencies and opened an office in Wauseon, Ohio shortly thereafter. Lonnie and Terry Short are still serving their clients of Northwest Ohio and striving to help them solve their insurance needs.
