Michael Haughn began his insurance career in 1970 with Marsh & McLennan, the world's largest insurance broker. He expanded his management techniques and insurance expertise during subsequent employment with Frank B. Hall and Corroon & Black of Ohio. Later, he bought an interest in and served as president of a major, local insurance agency where he refined those techniques increasing productivity and creating an effective management team. In 1986, Michael founded Haughn & Associates (H & A). H & A began as a specialist in the construction industry by providing insurance services and products to contractors and their suppliers. Over the years, we have expanded our expertise to service many other types of businesses and also offer specialized and tailored insurance packages in numerous niche areas.
