Always wanting to own my own business, but thinking it would be a bakery, dance studio, or wine bar, I stumbled into insurance and honestly it was such a God thing. It has turned out so meant to be and I love the long term relationships with our clients we get to have and hear how they and their families are doing and be a support for them. We are a quickly growing agency with a passion for people and doing right by our clients. But another “why” for me is it breaks my heart hearing or seeing people stuck in jobs they hate or are in toxic work environments. Our goal is to grown and have a large team that loves what they do and have a fantastic work environment so their own quality of life is so much better. After all life should be lived and enjoyed rather than suffered through and we get to control much of it. If I can make their lives just a bit better by saving them from a toxic work environment, then I am delighted I got to help another soul.
