After attending East Central University in Ada, Oklahoma, Randy and Marilyn were married in 1976. They have two sons: Ryan and Blake. Both of their sons are graduates of the University of Oklahoma. Marilyn started in the insurance business as a customer service representative for Foremost in 1980. In 1986 she became an underwriter with Chubb. After being an underwriter for seven years, Marilyn joined Randy at his Allstate agency. In 2007 she opened TWFG Caldwell Insurance in Royse City, Texas. Randy has been in the insurance business since 1986. Randy has been an agent for Employers Insurance of Texas and Allstate Insurance Company. In 2009, Randy became part of TWFG Caldwell Insurance.
