Michele started out as an Allstate agent in 1997 and served as an agent for 4 1/2 years before selling her agency. She went to work for an independent agency and knew that was the right avenue for her by allowing more options for her clientele. She ultimately opened Robinson Insurance in Tyler in 2004 and sold her book of business in 2008 and moved to the St. Louis area for about seven years. Upon returning to Tyler she knew still had the passion for people and helping them with their insurance needs and decided to start another independent agency. So in 2015 she opened the doors of Franklin Insurance Services and looks forward to serving her clientele and community for years to come.
