Hi! I'm new to YELP thanks for taking interest In my services! I'm a C'ville native (born & raised) & am SO thankful for this towns' strong support & encouragement for local businesses! Prior to opening my agency I spent 13 years in the car business. LONG hours, 7 days a week with large corporate owners. Employees & customers alike were always undervalued, uncredited, unseen (basically unnoticed) unless they did something wrong. I wanted to be my own boss, to be in control of how my clients were treated (ck our my social media) I wanted to be home in time; for dinner, help w/ homework, tell my kids goodnight, my sons ball games, go w/ my wife to social gatherings, volunteer @ my kids' school & community events. On 01/01/2019 I rung in the new year right opening the doors to Farmers Ins. – Dustin Medley Agency! Not long after, my closest friends/colleagues from the car lot (who wanted the same changes I did) hopped on board w/ me! Changing the “strictly business” Ins. industry!
