I own and operate an insurance agency with 6 full time agents with close to 100 years combined experience.Having started with a laptop and a desk and zero customers on April Fools Day 2003 I (we) now serve over 3000 households and small businesses in Eastern Washington. Our guiding statement is “to create an excellent customer experience requires building relationships and problem solving.
