The owner has an extensive background in insurance; starting out at an insurance company in Seattle as a claims adjuster then claims supervisor then moved into the reinsurance world and worked as an executive in downtown Seattle for 25 years. Opening the agency was always something she wanted to do for the people in her community and to provide a career path for her children.
